Registration Information

Conference Registration

The new deadline for the advance registration is April 17, 1998. So, the participants are urged to pre-register for the conference. Preregistration is less expensive, quicker and easier than on-site registration. Please, complete the enclosed preregistration form and mail it to address indicated on the Conference Registration Form.

If not registered before MAY 15th, you will not be considered in the final Conference Program. Also, please notice that cancellations must be received in WRITING prior May 15th. All fees will be refunded LESS a CND$105 (US$75) administration fees. No refund will be issued after this date.

You can register to all the announced activities ONLY by filling accordingly the Conference Registration Form.

Hotels Registration

A limited number of rooms is booked for the Conference period. THE RULE OF FIRST-REGISTRED-FIRST-SERVED WILL BE STRICTLY APPLIED. We cannot guarantee the availability of rooms neither for longer period, or if registered after April 25, 1998. Links are available to the Conference hotels and to other accommodation facilities.
