Canadian Residential Appraiser is a designation based on one of the most comprehensive accreditation processes in the field of real estate appraisal in Canada. Awarded by the Appraisal Institute of Canada, it provides promising career opportunities to candidates who want to be qualified to provide appraisal, consulting and assessment services for individual undeveloped residential projects and dwellings containing no more than 4 independent family residential units.
