Description
In today’s globally competitive environment, companies must develop a viable strategy to achieve their objectives and succeed in the marketplace. More importance is devoted on how managers use planning and control to accomplish a firm's strategies. Topics covered are cost-volume-profit analysis, budgeting, performance measurement, management control system and other techniques that will help the manager make better economic decisions.
