ENT-2147
Design Thinking for Entrepreneurs and Product Managers
Academic Level (Cycle) - Premier cycle
3 credits
Description
In this course, you will learn the approach and tools used by « human-centered » entrepreneurs and product mangers in companies like Apple and Walt Disney to design and improve products and experiences at any scale. The process is driven by rapid prototyping, and constant testing and analysis. As the entrepreneur or product manager learns more and more about the human at the center of the process, he or she iterates and refines their prototype, always relying on the « design thinking » methodology. The approach has proven to increase the likelihood of generating innovative products and service, causing design-thinking companies to consistently out-perform those that are not.
