Applied SMEs' Strategic Diagnosis and Analysis

Description

Applied pedagogy based on interactive and entrepreneurial students' participation : from the basics on entrepreneurship, SMEs and entrepreneurs, students will gain an integrated understanding of the versatile, flexible and original management functions and daily strategic actions implemented in SMEs by their entrepreneurs; discover the very heterogeneous, specific managerial and applied strategic contexts of fast-growing SMEs, internationalization, partnerships, networks/alliances, family firms, and high-tech SMEs; in order to link theory and practice through in-depth interviews, live diagnosis and analysis of active entrepreneurs, invited in class by the students to share their constraints, challenges and solutions on their past, present and future strategies, including their realistic implementation.
