Description

The goals of this course are to provide sufficient knowledge to understand financial markets to interact efficiently with finance decision makers, and to understand the foundations of sound corporate financial management in the private sector. Students will learn about a theoretical framework allowing them to understand the practical implications, as well as the limits of theory. They will evaluate the economic and financial profitability of a strategy, the intrinsic value of the firm, as well as its cost of capital. Students will implement risk management strategies and evaluate their efficiency. They will also learn to use financial analysis tools.
