Description
This course introduces the students to the main management activities in the operation of a business. Following the development of a system defining the managers responsibilities of and the decisions they have to make, this course successively covers the business purpose and strategies, planning, organizing, directing, control and sharing. Readings and exercises are assigned including team work. The privileged formula of «self studying» is supported by an increased professor supervision.
