Description
This course is an introduction to the global issue of human resource management. It covers the knowledge and understanding of the components of human resource management and the impact of environmental and organizational contexts. The systemic approach will reveal the complexity and dynamics of human resource management within organizations.

This course is the English version of MNG-2000 Gestion des ressources humaines. Only one of these two courses will be recognized in a student’s program. This course is offered in in-person delivery mode where classes are offered in the physical presence of the student and teacher, according to a pre-determined schedule. On-campus presence is required. Classes are not recorded. If proctored exams are planned for this course, they will take place on campus only and may be held at times other than the scheduled class times, including evenings and weekends.
