Description
This course explores the concepts and tools that support effective intercultural communication in business, within the organization and externally, in the context of the globalization of the workforce, value chains and markets. Through situational activities, this course helps develop communication skills that promote successful communication with people of different languages and cultures.

This course is the English version of MNG-3004 Communication interculturelle en affaires. Only one of these two courses will be recognized in a student's program. This course is offered in in-person delivery mode where classes are offered in the physical presence of the student and teacher, according to a pre-determined schedule. On-campus presence is required. Classes are not recorded. If proctored exams are planned for this course, they will take place on campus only and may be held at times other than the scheduled class times, including evenings and weekends.
