Description
This course aims to help students better understand leadership. To do this, they will be introduced to the themes of personal power, leadership, authority and skill development- as well as levels of consciousness and autobiographical issues. A primary objective of this course is to empower students understand the four major forms of power, and the contexts and levels of awareness that shaped them. A second major objective of the course is to support the personal development of students by helping them to recognize, to critical review and discover the ways of seeing, thinking and acting that shape their experience and exercising of power.
