Description
This course introduces general psychological, sociological and cultural principles that govern the behavior of consumers. In this class, a strong emphasis is put on how these concepts influence strategic business issues and decisions made by companies in order to solve marketing problems.

This course is the English version of MRK-2102 Comportement du consommateur. Only one of these two courses will be recognized in a student’s program. This course is offered in in-person delivery mode where classes are offered in the physical presence of the student and teacher, according to a pre-determined schedule. On-campus presence is required. Classes are not recorded. If proctored exams are planned for this course, they will take place on campus only and may be held at times other than the scheduled class times, including evenings and weekends.
