Description

L'objectif du cours est d'initier l'étudiant aux caractéristiques particulières des services et d'illustrer les impacts de ces particularités sur la conception des stratégies marketing. Le cours porte une attention particulière aux sept éléments du marketing des services : le produit, le prix, la distribution, la communication, l'environnement physique, le processus et le personnel en contact.
