Description

Ce cours s'adresse aux étudiants de doctorat. Il rend compte de la diversité des comportements de consommation (individuels ou collectifs) et de la nécessité d'utiliser une approche multidisciplinaire pour cerner la complexité du rapport du consommateur aux objets de consommation. Il présente également l'évolution du champ du comportement du consommateur par le biais de celle de ses objets d'étude et des perspectives qui participent à son dynamisme, notamment celles regroupées dans le tournant interprétatif.
