Description

This course aims to promote the development of digital awareness and strategic skills related to the use of information technology. It provides learners with the knowledge and skills they need to make better decisions and deepen their understanding of the various internal levers required to develop and support the business model, operations, and digital transformation of organizations. The analysis and resolution of practical cases enable them to understand the challenges associated with digital management, learn how to mobilize technological tools, and develop skills to foster the organization's digital culture.
