Description
This course focuses on advanced concepts and practices in digital professions through the design of organizational information systems (OIS), integrating process transformation and business capabilities of the organization. It specifically covers the roles and various tools involved in transformational projects involving OIS. The course emphasizes understanding the current business processes and capabilities of an organization, analyzing them in terms of digitalization.

This course is the English version of SIO-6035 Transformation numérique des organisations. Only one of these two courses will be recognized in a student’s program. This course is offered in in-person delivery mode where classes are offered in the physical presence of the student and teacher, according to a pre-determined schedule. On-campus presence is required. Classes are not recorded. If proctored exams are planned for this course, they will take place on campus only and may be held at times other than the scheduled class times, including evenings and weekends.
