September 13-14, 2018
FSA ULaval (Université Laval)
Québec City, Canada
Please join your NEBDA colleagues as well as those from Université Laval and the organization of the Canadian Federation of Business School Deans (CFBSD) for an unprecedented first-ever meeting outside of the U.S. in beautiful Quebec City. Our gracious host, Dean Michel Gendron, has promised us the full hospitality of Université Laval, inclusive of a first night dinner event at their on-campus restaurant and exceptional rates at the lovely Hôtel Château Laurier at the gates of Old Québec.

Welcome to the 2018 NEBDA Annual Meeting! We are delighted that you are able to join us for the first-ever NEBDA meeting outside of the United States. Our partners in organizing the meeting, Université Laval and Dean Michel Gendron, as well as Madan Annavarjula, this year’s Program Chair, have been deeply involved in planning an excellent program, plenty of networking time and the traditional fine food and drink that are all our custom. Thanks to the Laval team and to Madan, and welcome to lovely Quebec City!

It is my great pleasure to welcome NEBDA’s annual meeting at FSA ULaval, a rare occasion where American and Canadian business Deans can meet and discuss. Universities and Business Schools in both our countries and abroad face the same challenges, and cross border collaboration such as this conference is an essential way of facing them. I hope this joint meeting yields to constructive and lasting collaborations between our schools and faculty.
As part of the oldest francophone university in America, FSA ULaval is honoured to welcome you in Québec City and we hope you enjoy its many charms during your stay.
