If you dream of studying abroad, but your personal and professional commitments won’t allow you to leave for weeks at a time, then a short stay may be right for you!
During these stays, which last between one and six weeks, you can earn three or six credits while exploring specific topics that will enrich your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Some short stays are open to all students enrolled in a bachelor’s or non-thesis master’s program. Their admission requirements are different from the ones listed below. Please refer to the descriptions for the specific admission requirements.
Some requirements depend on your level of study. Please select your level of study to view the general admission requirements.
More specific requirements or different dates for language test submissions may also apply depending on the partner university you select. In such cases, those conditions take precedence over the conditions indicated above. It’s important to note the admission requirements listed in each description.
Here are the admission requirements for this program:
- Academic program: baccalauréat en administration des affaires (B.A.A.) or baccalauréat en finance quantitative
- Program average required before the request for file analysis: 2.67 or more
- Number of credits toward your degree program completed by the end of the semester preceding your study abroad: 24 credits
- Preparatory coursework: completed by the end of the semester preceding your study abroad
- Language requirements:
Summer short stay: reached before May 15
Winter short stay: reached before January 15
Fall short stay: reached before September 1
Here are the admission requirements for this program:
- Academic program: maîtrise en administration des affaires (MBA) or maîtrise en sciences de l’administration (M. Sc.) with no dissertation
- Program average required before the request for file analysis: 3.00 or more
- Number of contributory credits in your academic program completed by the end of the semester preceding your study abroad: 12 credits
- Preparatory coursework: completed by the end of the semester preceding your study abroad
- Language requirements:
Summer short stay: reached before May 15
Winter short stay: reached before January 15
Fall short stay: reached before September 1
