The Bachelor of Business Administration – Human Resources Management is recognized by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA). Upon graduation, you will have acquired solid training in management, as well as key human resources management knowledge and skills, and you will receive the designation of CRHA, a highly sought-after asset on the labour market. With your global vision of the organization and the current issues in human resources management, you will be prepared to act effectively within an organization to work with individuals and work teams to help them develop their full potential.

In Brief

The Bachelor of Business Administration – Human Resources Management program includes:

A Dynamic Pedagogical Approach

The program meets the requirements of the Ordre des CRHA by focusing on systemic perspectives in human resources as well as the individual, the organization, its ecosystem and on the approaches and processes used in human resources management analysis and intervention.

It also includes other relevant knowledge that is required to develop a global vision of the organization, such as accounting, finance, operations management, marketing and information technology.

The program also emphasizes the development of skills and abilities such as communication, decision making, teamwork, autonomy, using new technologies, and openness to the world. A variety of learning strategies are used: case analyses, debates, oral presentations, simulations, practical assignments, and many more.

Studies Profiles

Honours Profile

The honours profile (webpage in French only) puts students on a fast track to the graduate programs. It consists of an agreement of 12 credits (including 0 to 6 undergraduate credits and 6 to 12 master’s credits, based on the agreement) entered into between a bachelor’s program directorate and a master’s program directorate. The master’s-level courses are contributory to both programs.

The integrated pathway allows you to undertake master’s-level coursework that contributes to both the bachelor’s and master’s programs, subject to a formal agreement between the directorates of the 2 programs in question. The Bachelor of Business Administration – Human Resources Management is intended for anyone who is creative, independent, rigorous and open-minded and who likes to collaborate with others and work as a team, solve problems and obtain concrete results. Ideal candidates should also have strong listening, analytical and adaptation skills, and demonstrate sound judgment, respect, empathy, people skills, leadership, diplomacy and be able to communicate easily in both French and English.
