Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées
Second Cycle
30 credits
Media coverage of events and social movements have demonstrated the growing urgency of transforming organizations with regard to equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) as we strive to achieve better social justice. Tangible and meaningful actions must be taken at every level so that marginalized individuals and minority groups can achieve fulfillment at work and, more broadly, in a society that is just and adapted to their reality.
In Brief
With this DESS, developed jointly by the Department of Management and the Department of Industrial Relations, you will study EDI from all angles to ultimately help create work environments that are inclusive and free of any discrimination.
Depending on your career pathway and interests, you will be able to address the challenges of EDI in organizations in all sectors, thereby actively contributing to a society and organizations that are more equitable, diversified and inclusive.
- Full-time or part-time: you’re the one who decides on the pace of your progress in the program.
