This microprogram in organizational management and artificial intelligence provides managers with a better understanding of the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and enables them to better assess the range of artificial intelligence solutions, pinpoint the organizational changes that artificial intelligence induces within an organization, and effectively align artificial intelligence with the systems already in place within an organization.

Among other things, this microprogram aims to help managers gain a better understanding of artificial intelligence, its scope and its impact on an organization.

Objectives

This microprogram aims to provide specialized knowledge on the various aspects of artificial intelligence in business.

The program more specifically aims for students to:

• understand the fundamentals of artificial intelligence;
• work with artificial intelligence tools to understand how they can be useful to an organization;
• become familiar with decision aid systems;
• assess the organizational changes that can be induced by artificial intelligence;
• learn how to manage knowledge within an organization.

Les cours du microprogramme pourront être reconnus, en totalité ou en partie, si vous poursuivez vos études au diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées en administration des affaires – gestion des affaires numériques, à la maîtrise en administration des affaires – gestion des affaires numériques (M.B.A.) ou à la maîtrise en sciences de l'administration – gestion des technologies de l'information (M. Sc.).
