This microprogram in organizational management and artificial intelligence provides managers with a better understanding of the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and enables them to better assess the range of artificial intelligence solutions, pinpoint the organizational changes that artificial intelligence induces within an organization, and effectively align artificial intelligence with the systems already in place within an organization.

Among other things, this microprogram aims to help managers gain a better understanding of artificial intelligence, its scope and its impact on an organization.

Objectives

This microprogram aims to provide specialized knowledge on the various aspects of artificial intelligence in business.

The program more specifically aims for students to:

  • understand the fundamentals of artificial intelligence;
  • work with artificial intelligence tools to understand how they can be useful to an organization;
  • become familiar with decision aid systems;
  • assess the organizational changes that can be induced by artificial intelligence;
  • learn how to manage knowledge within an organization.

This program can be completed partly or entirely in distance learning delivery mode a formula that offers all the flexibility you need to reconcile studies with other aspects of your life. If you wish to follow this program entirely at distance, you will have to study on part-time basis only. Note, however, that some distance learning courses may require your online presence at specific times in some cases.

For Whom Is This Program Intended?

The microprogram in organizational management and artificial intelligence is specifically intended for managers with businesses or public organizations who wish to acquire additional knowledge in artificial intelligence. To be accepted into the program, you must hold a bachelor's degree, regardless of discipline, or a degree deemed equivalent.
