After completing this microprogram, you will be able to analyze the environment of projects, identify the optimal conditions for implementation, and ensure the projects are operationalized and governed in an ethical and socially responsible manner. You will develop the tools and attitudes that are required for your project management to foster organizational performance and the well-being of the individuals involved. By involving experts working in the field, this microprogram also presents emerging trends and innovations in this domain.

• Certain courses given in hybrid delivery mode: a very flexible formula that combines the advantages of in-class and online teaching. In-class meetings are held once a month or every two weeks, depending on the course’s pedagogical approach.
• Part-time: This program can only be taken on a part-time basis.

Objectives

This microprogram’s objectives are for students to:

• instill ethical and socially responsible project governance, and implement the best conditions to define projects so as to ensure their sustainability within organizations and society;
• plan a structured approach to project implementation, by taking into account the technical aspects of project management as well as the human and social responsibility aspects;
• implement a project in an efficient, results-oriented manner.
