You will become aware of the cultural and ethical differences that affect management and the decision-making process. You will understand the logic of networks and the rules that apply to the new economy. As a result, you will be better equipped to ensure the strategic management of an international business.

  • gain a better understanding of the evolution and complexity of the international environment and the manner in which international variables can affect management and the decision-making process in a business’ main functional areas;
  • become aware of cultural and ethical differences;

  • develop a strategic and global vision of international business management.

This microprogram is intended for anyone who holds a bachelor's degree or a degree deemed equivalent. More specifically, it targets four types of clienteles:

  • graduates of an undergraduate program in business administration who wish to complete their training in international management;
  • international professionals seeking training in their domain;
  • business administration professionals (consultants or managers) seeking training in international management;
  • international cooperation or development professionals seeking training to help them become project managers.
