In Brief

This practice-oriented MBA program covers all corporate functions: accounting, finance, organizational behaviour, marketing, operations and information systems. It provides participants with distinctive international management skills. You will thus be prepared to design and implement a complex and socially responsible project on the international market. To graduate with this degree, you must acquire at least 60% of the English-language contributory course credits, namely 27 out of 45 credits.

Overall, the MBA and professional master's programs at the Faculty of Business Administration aim to expand your knowledge, critical thinking and analytical skills so as to increase your ability to make complex business decisions. In addition to helping you develop your managerial skills, they prepare you to operate in a context of globalization. The programs also provide you with the knowledge and skills to become an ethical and socially responsible manager with solid leadership and communication skills.

The general objective of this program is to provide managers with training in both general administration and more specialized global business management.

Scholarships, bursaries and financial aid

At the Bureau des bourses et de l'aide financière (scholarship, bursary and financial aid office – in French only), you will find all the information concerning possible sources of funding for your studies, in particular the government financial aid programs and the admission, excellence and mobility scholarships and bursaries.

Every year, FSA ULaval and its investors invite students with an outstanding academic record who wish to enroll in a master's program to submit an application to obtain one of many admission scholarships of $2,000 (on average). Several scholarships worth up to $5,000 can also be offered to students who have distinguished themselves through their academic results, their leadership and their social and professional involvement over the course of their MBA or M.Sc. program. Mobility scholarships and bursaries of approximately $2,000, which are complementary to the support from Université Laval's International Office, are also allocated in support of study-abroad projects.
