Welcome to the 2018 NEBDA Annual Meeting!  We are delighted that you are able to join us for the first-ever NEBDA meeting outside of the United States.  Our partners in organizing the meeting, Universit\u00e9 Laval and Dean Michel Gendron, as well as Madan Annavarjula, this year\u2019s Program Chair, have been deeply involved in planning an excellent program, plenty of networking time and the traditional fine food and drink that are all our custom.  Thanks to the Laval team and to Madan, and welcome to lovely Quebec City!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It is my great pleasure to welcome NEBDA\u2019s annual meeting at FSA ULaval, a rare occasion where American and Canadian business Deans can meet and discuss. Universities and Business Schools in both our countries and abroad face the same challenges, and cross border collaboration such as this conference is an essential way of facing them. I hope this joint meeting yields to constructive and lasting collaborations between our schools and faculty.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Registration for the 2018 NEBDA conference is now open.  We hope that more schools and more attendees from each school will join us in Quebec City this September. We look forward to seeing you there!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Program Overview<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A variety of sessions will be offered for the benefit of deans, associate deans, and program directors relevant to undergraduate and graduate programs. These include an interactive session focused on disruption in business schools, as well as those focused on applying design thinking to navigating the changing currents in higher education; effectively leveraging advisory councils; and, managing enrollment in a new world order.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In addition, lots of time for networking is scheduled into the conference program, including cocktails and dinner on the evening of September 13th.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

For member schools, participant conference registration fee is CAD$193. For non-member schools, the first participant conference registration fee is CAD$322. The registration fee for any additional participant(s) from the same school is CAD$193 per person.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This ticket discount is for NEBDA and CFBSD members only. If your university is not a member of one of these associations, a non-member ticket purchase is required.
