In this\ntime of crisis and uncertainty, some of you may have questions regarding your\nstudies in the fall. Above all, you should know that the student community\nremains at the heart of FSA ULaval\u2019s priorities. We have taken measures to\nensure that our students can begin or advance in their programs as planned,\nwhether enrolled in online or in-class courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To begin\nwith, for Fall 2020 FSA ULaval is increasing its offering of online courses at\nthe undergraduate, masters and doctoral levels, while maintaining an offering\nof in-class courses that will respect the conditions dictated by the health\nguidelines in place at that time. In the eventuality that in-class activities\nmust be suspended, alternatives will be put in place to ensure that you are\nable to continue your studies. Such alternatives would include the transfer to\nan online format of some course sections or the replacement of one section by\nanother that is already offered online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In an\nexception to usual procedures, the University will allow international students\nwho are unable to get to Canada for immigration reasons (such as a delayed\nQuebec acceptance certificate (CAQ) or study permit, or if the borders are\nclosed) to do their Fall 2020 semester remotely online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despite the\nunusual circumstances that we are all experiencing, the Faculty is deploying\nits many resources to provide you with high-quality teaching and a rich student\nexperience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
