Not even a power outage could dampen the interest of the attendees of the most recent Financial Planning Summit, presented by the IG Wealth Management Chair in Financial Planning<\/a> (website in French only)! It goes without saying, however, that with such high-caliber speakers<\/strong> and the emphasis on a very current topic<\/strong> such as business transfer, the meeting was sure to captivate the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An Enlightening Start<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Despite the lack of power at the start of the event, the air was electric between the participants during this unexpected turn of events. And once the lights came back on in the Boucherville auditorium, the guest of honour,  Patrice Lamy<\/a>, President of Verre S\u00e9lect inc.<\/a>, found himself in the spotlight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his opening address, Mr. Lamy shared his business transfer story<\/strong>. The presentation shaped up to be a blend of advice, personal experience, and ups and downs, which served to effectively highlight the entrepreneurial issues involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
