Frank&nbsp;Pons, Dean of the Faculty, confirmed the appointment of Professor M\u00e9lanie Roussy as head of the School of Accounting. She is the successor to Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Henri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsa.ulaval.ca\/en\/expert\/melanie-roussy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">M\u00e9lanie Roussy<\/a>\u00a0holds a PhD in business administration, with an internal auditing specialization from the HEC Montr\u00e9al, in addition to her BBA and MBA \u2013 Accounting Major from FSA ULaval. \u00a0As a member of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsa.ulaval.ca\/recherche\/unites\/centre-expertise-gouvernance-societes\/\">Centre d\u2019expertise en gouvernance des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s<\/a> (webpage in French only), she also serves as academic director for the microprogram in Internal Auditing, Risk Management and Control. Her vast experience at FSA ULaval and her extensive knowledge of accounting, governance and internal auditing will be major assets for the School of Accounting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Professor Roussy will thus fill the position held by Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Henri over the last 7 years. FSA\u00a0ULaval would like to thank Professor Henri for his involvement in the success of the School of Accounting.
