You need to successfully complete at least 27 credits (9 courses) in English to receive the MBA \u2013 Global Business diploma, although all of the courses can be completed entirely in English.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-baseul-block-accordeon baseul-accordeon-blue\"><h2 class=\"toggler-title-wrap\"><button aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"toggler-button\" aria-controls=\"Other-thanmygradepointaveragearethereotherconditionsImustsatisfytoreceivemydiploma\" id=\"Other-thanmygradepointaveragearethereotherconditionsImustsatisfytoreceivemydiploma_label\"><span class=\"toggler-title\">Other than my grade point average, are there other conditions I must satisfy to receive my diploma?<\/span><\/button><\/h2><div id=\"Other-thanmygradepointaveragearethereotherconditionsImustsatisfytoreceivemydiploma\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"Other-thanmygradepointaveragearethereotherconditionsImustsatisfytoreceivemydiploma_label\" class=\"toggler-panel\" hidden>\n<p>To receive your diploma, you must have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>satisfied all of the requirements of your academic program, including those related to the level of <strong>French proficiency<\/strong> to achieve (see your progress report);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>paid any outstanding balance in your student account to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sf.ulaval.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Service des finances de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sent all of the official documents required at admission (transcripts and diplomas) to the <a href=\"mailto:documentsadmission.2@reg.ulaval.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Registrar\u2019s Office<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-group-notif-red is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>French-language proficiency, i.e. equivalent to the intermediate level offered by the \u00c9cole de langues de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval), is a condition to receive your diploma. It is therefore recommended that you take the test as soon as possible to avoid delaying the reception of your diploma. For more information, refer to the section on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsa.ulaval.ca\/en\/student-hub\/mba-global-business-study-guide\/language-requirements\/\">language requirements<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-baseul-block-accordeon baseul-accordeon-blue\"><h2 class=\"toggler-title-wrap\"><button aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"toggler-button\" aria-controls=\"When-doIreceivemydiploma\" id=\"When-doIreceivemydiploma_label\"><span class=\"toggler-title\">When do I receive my diploma?<\/span><\/button><\/h2><div id=\"When-doIreceivemydiploma\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"When-doIreceivemydiploma_label\" class=\"toggler-panel\" hidden>\n<p>For graduates of a master\u2019s or doctoral program, diplomas are delivered every month (12 times per year). As such, the date that appears on your final transcripts and your diploma generally correspond to the last day of the month in which you satisfied all of the conditions of your program of study. As a result of administrative processing times required to enter grades in student records, the most likely delivery dates are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>January 31 of the following year for the fall semester;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May 31 of the same year for the winter semester; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>September 30 of the same year for the summer semester.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-baseul-block-accordeon baseul-accordeon-blue\"><h2 class=\"toggler-title-wrap\"><button aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"toggler-button\" aria-controls=\"What-istheproceduretoobtainmydiploma\" id=\"What-istheproceduretoobtainmydiploma_label\"><span class=\"toggler-title\">What is the procedure to obtain my diploma?<\/span><\/button><\/h2><div id=\"What-istheproceduretoobtainmydiploma\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"What-istheproceduretoobtainmydiploma_label\" class=\"toggler-panel\" hidden>\n<p>To find out whether you have officially obtained your diploma, you can consult your transcripts in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/authentification.ulaval.ca\/authentification.html?urlorigine=aHR0cHM6Ly9hcGkudWxhdmFsLmNhL3VsL2F1dGgvb2F1dGgvdjIvbG9naW4\/c2Vzc2lvbl9pZD1mNDI3ZTliZC1kNWU4LTQ4N2QtYWRlMy1hNTE3ZGJmNTMwMTI=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">monPortail<\/a> (in French only).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No official documents can be sent to you before the issuance date of your diploma<\/strong>. If needed, as soon as the diploma issuance date appears in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/capsuleweb.ulaval.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Capsule<\/a> (in French only), you can order an official transcript via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/monportail.ulaval.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">monPortail<\/a> (in French only). It can only be used as proof that you have obtained your diploma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-group-notif-red is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>If you meet all of your program\u2019s requirements and the diploma issuance date does not yet appear in Capsule, the Program Directorate can provide you with a certificate of completion if required. You must send your request to <a href=\"mailto:etudes@fsa.ulaval.ca\">etudes@fsa.ulaval.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mailings\">Mailings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your <strong>final transcripts<\/strong> and your <strong>diploma<\/strong> will be mailed to you <strong>2 to 4 weeks <\/strong>after your diploma\u2019s issuance date. Please note that these 2 documents may be mailed separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend that you check your address and make any necessary changes in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.monportail.ulaval.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">monPortail<\/a>\u00a0(in French only) before the issuance date of your diploma.
