Transcript<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the end of each semester, all students receive a free transcript sent by regular mail to the address indicated in their file. In compliance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act<\/a>, the Registrar\u2019s Office only sends transcripts to students and not to institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fall semester: sent at the end of January<\/strong>
Winter semester: sent at the end of June<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can therefore provide your home university with your own transcripts, or you can ask for a copy of your transcripts, which will be sent directly to your coordinator (a fee will be charged). If you leave without providing a valid forwarding address, you will have to order another copy and also pay a fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you still have unpaid fees<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have unpaid fees (health insurance, library, residence, etc.), you will not receive your transcripts until you have paid the balance owing.
