However, some software required in certain courses are only available on Windows. Mac users can therefore use the computer labs, collaborate with teammates, or install Windows on their device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Office 365 Pro Plus suite is offered for free through an agreement with Microsoft. For full details, see <strong>Office 365 Pro Plus<\/strong>&nbsp;tile&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Camera and Headset\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your computer must be equipped with a camera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use a headset with a microphone, either wired or wireless, for better sound quality.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internet Connection\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your Internet connection must be stable, with a minimum download and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Data usage may vary depending on the course. Window, we recommend that you click on <strong>No <\/strong>so your identifiers are not memorized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Conditions <\/strong>window, check off <strong>I accept the conditions<\/strong>\u2026, you can uncheck the other elements, then click on <strong>Accept the conditions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More information will be required to validate your identity. Click on <strong>Next<\/strong> and follow the prompts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automated calling system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the identity has been validated, click on <strong>Finish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be connected to the Azure Dev Tools for Teaching portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-downloading-project\">Downloading Project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the left-hand menu, click on <strong>Software<\/strong>.<br>If the left-hand menu does not appear, click on the Explore button in the Access student benefits section.<br>The left-hand menu should appear with the Software option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Search field<\/strong>, enter Project. You will find Project Professional 2019 or 2021 in English and French.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To retrieve the activation key, click on the View Key button. <br><strong>Take note<\/strong> of the key, as you will be asked for it the first time you launch Project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Download<\/strong> and save the file (.ISO) on your computer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-installing-project\">Installing Project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to where the Project installation file was downloaded (usually in your Downloads folder).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double click on the file and wait a few moments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should see <strong>Setup<\/strong> appear. The Windows edition cannot be changed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Windows 10:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the architecture (64 bits vs. 32 bits).<br><strong>Recommended setting:<\/strong> keep the default 64 bits (x64) setting, as the 32 bits (x86) option will disappear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Next<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>USB flash memory disk to create a USB flash drive<\/strong>.
