Publication d’un article pour Hadi Zarea

Hadi Zarea, étudiant au doctorat au Département de management (MNG), vient de publier l’article « Enhancing new service development effectiveness: the role of customer participation and the moderating effects of empowerment and satisfaction » dans la revue International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management.

L’article a été coécrit avec Mehran Kamali (University of Otago), Mathew Parackal (University of Otago) et Zhan Su (professeur titulaire au Département MNG et directeur de recherche de l’étudiant).
