Strategy of Internationalization

Description
This course is structured around a series of interrelated issues that contribute to the emergence of a framework for understanding the process of strategic international expansion. The main topics include the determination of a company's potential for international growth, the analysis of international markets and their institutional and cultural contexts, and the choice and implementation of an organizational structure and strategy appropriate to company's goals for a chosen foreign market.
