Ce cours introduit les concepts et les outils fondamentaux inhérents à la gestion du marketing. Il s'articule autour de l'analyse des environnements marketing (les 5C) et du marketing opérationnel (les 4P) et permet, grâce à des études de cas, de pratiquer l'analyse et la résolution de problèmes de marketing simples.
