Equipment Loans

Thanks to a joint financial contribution by FSA ULaval and the Fonds d’investissement des étudiants en sciences de l’administration (FIÉSA), you can borrow a wide range of audiovisual and computer equipment free of charge as part of your academic activities.

Only for students, members, or Student Associations from FSA ULaval
Borrow for free. 20$ of late fees per day
Student activities: Hand over the form at least 72h before the activity

In order to ensure it is available, reserve the equipement you wish to borrow with the APTI Help Desk a few days ahead of time, either by phone or in person (see the contact information below).

Here is a summary of the borrowing terms and conditions:

Be a student enrolled in a course at FSA ULaval for the current session. Some conditions apply.
Equipment is loaned for 24 to 48 hours. Loans can be renewed up to 3 times
Equipment is only handed to the person who made the reservation
$20 late fee per day, starting as soon as the delay is noted.
The borrower is responsible for any damage and/or repairs
Failure to comply with the loan conditions will lead to suspension of borrowing privileges

Reservation form

Use the form (in French only) available for Student Associations, committees and competitions
IMPORTANT – Only for Student Associations of FSA ULaval. Terms and conditions may apply.

Deadlines

The form must be handed over to an APTI Help Desk supervisor at least 72 hours before the activity
Supervisors are available Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM
For activities requiring a lot of equipment, it is required that you make your request as soon as possible

Required signatures

The person responsible for the material all throughout the activity must fill and sign the form
The form must also be signed by the president of the association
Committees (e.g.: CCFSA, JDC, Fashion Show, etc.) must get a signature from the president of the association to which it is attached.
