Catolica Lisbon School of Business & Economics

Portugal, a country of 10 million inhabitants, is famous for its beaches and weather, with an average of 300 sunny days per year. Did you know that the largest wave ever surfed, measuring about 30 meters high, was ridden in Nazaré on the west coast of Portugal?

Situated on the banks of the Tagus River, Lisbon is a city adorned with several monuments such as the Jerónimos Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Belém Tower, an emblem of Portugal's golden age of maritime discoveries. During a visit to the capital built on seven hills, explore Praça do Comércio, a large waterfront commercial square, and then discover the Chiado district, known for its shops and cafes. Finally, don't forget to take a ride on the famous Tram 28, which traverses the historic neighborhoods of the city and has been in service for over 100 years!

Founded over 45 years ago, the Católica Lisbon School of Business is one of the top universities for economics and management in Portugal. Repeatedly mentioned as one of the best business schools in Europe, it ranks 26th in the Financial Times ranking of the best European business schools. It also holds the prestigious "Triple Crown," consisting of three accreditations (EQUIS, AMBA, and AACSB), held by only 1% of business schools worldwide. Additionally, nearly 50% of students are international, representing 60 different nationalities.

Did you know that Portugal is one of the oldest countries in Europe, with unchanged borders for over 800 years?
