The many changes currently underway in the socioeconomic environment are having a major effect on organizations and their management of occupational health and safety (OHS). Whereas OHS management used to be entrusted to generalists, organizations are increasingly searching for qualified individuals with recognized skills in this field.
In Brief
Changes in the legal framework, the increasing complexity of occupational health and safety management, corporate mergers, the quest for competitive advantage and new individual aspirations are challenging issues for occupational health and safety managers. These changes are forcing them to review their traditional management methods and incorporate a more strategic vision and new knowledge and skills. This MBA will provide you with knowledge in every management function, in organizational health as well as in strategic and integrated OHS management. You will also develop skills in the prevention of workplace accidents, occupational illness and stress, as well as in people management. This practice-oriented program includes many opportunities to apply your learning outcomes to the realities of organizations. It includes an intervention project.
- Certain courses given in hybrid delivery mode: a very flexible formula that combines the advantages of in-class and online teaching. In-class meetings are held once a month or every two weeks, depending on the course’s pedagogical approach.
- Full-time or part-time: you’re the one who decides on the pace of your progress in the program.
