In Brief

This microprogram in management will provide you with knowledge focused on organizations and the individuals who lead them. You will be equipped to deal with changes in the world of labour that affect all workers (both executives and employees). You will be able to successfully address the challenges these changes raise with regard to personnel management and mobilization.

  • Certain courses given in hybrid delivery mode: a very flexible formula that combines the advantages of in-class and online teaching. In-class meetings are held once a month or every two weeks, depending on the course’s pedagogical approach.
  • Part-time: This program can only be taken on a part-time basis.

Objectives

This microprogram’s objectives are for students to:

  • acquire and develop theoretical and practical knowledge focused on organizations and the individuals who lead them;
  • understand the issues that affect all workers (both executives and employees) and the new challenges they raise with regard to personnel management and mobilization;
  • develop intervention strategies and skills within organizations, particularly in the context of change;
  • identify and develop the knowledge and skills required to be effective and efficient in modern organizations.
