The lack of knowledge and skills in the management of a small business often threatens the survival and development of projects that are nevertheless very promising. To remain competitive, SMEs must constantly review their business strategies. To maximize their chances of succeeding and ensure the development of their SME, owner-managers and their collaborators need refresher training. This is what this microprogram has to offer.
In Brief
In addition to acquiring knowledge to undertake and pursue the development of an SME, the microprogram in entrepreneurship and SME management will provide you with an opportunity to complete a real or simulated business project by going through all of the steps involved in drafting a business plan.
