With this program, you will transform and enhance your leadership so that you can better fulfill your deepest aspirations and the needs of your environment.
In Brief
This nine-credit microprogram aims to support the development and empowerment of leaders who wish to provide innovation solutions to the needs and challenges of their environment.
- Certain courses given in hybrid delivery mode: a very flexible formula that combines the advantages of in-class and online teaching. In-class meetings are held once a month or every two weeks, depending on the course’s pedagogical approach.
- Part-time: This program can only be taken on a part-time basis.
Objectives
This microprogram’s objectives are for students to:
- demonstrate more effective and legitimate leadership, authority and political skills;
- understand and cultivate what gives meaning to their existence and leadership;
- design and facilitate a process of collaboration and collective mobilization.
Continuance of Studies
Les cours du microprogramme pourront être reconnus, en totalité ou en partie, si vous poursuivez vos études à la maîtrise en administration des affaires – gestion des entreprises (M.B.A.) ou à la maîtrise en sciences de l'administration – développement des personnes et des organisations (M. Sc.).

This program offers you the option of taking certain management courses in English. In these courses, although they are taught in English only, you may write your assignments and exams in French.

This microprogram is intended for individuals who hold a bachelor’s degree or a degree deemed equivalent and at least two years of experience in a relevant position.
It targets anyone who wishes to assume more effective and legitimate power, deploy their full potential and help their collaborators to do the same. Individuals who are most likely to be interested in this program are executives, entrepreneurs, managers, change facilitators and community organizers.
