Description

Ce cours s'adresse à tout étudiant intéressé à la dimension clientèle d'une entreprise ou organisation. On y aborde les principes fondamentaux de la relation entre une entreprise et ses clients ou une organisation et ses usagers, ainsi que les notions de qualité des services et de marketing par base de données. On y étudie aussi des notions comme la valeur à vie d'un client, le marketing entre organisations et le CRM.
