Description

Ce cours familiarise l’étudiant avec l'analyse des contraintes internes et externes de l'entreprise (culturelles, financières, légales, autres) qui influencent les décisions d’internationalisation, avec les différentes structures ou modèles permettant d’analyser des marchés étrangers et avec le choix des modes d'entrée appropriés. Ces connaissances permettront à l'étudiant de comprendre les avantages et les défis liés à l’expansion dans les marchés étrangers et de participer au développement de stratégies et de plans internationaux.

Prerequisite(s): (MRK 1000 OR MRK 1101 OR (MRK 1001 AND MRK 2002) OR AGC 1000)
