Claude Lessard in Conversation with Six FSA ULaval Alumni

On Tuesday, February 23, 2022, FSA ULaval held the 4th edition of its Conversations with Leading Business Personalities. The guest of honour was Mr. Claude Lessard, Founder and Chair of the Board of Directors at Cossette. A proud FSA ULaval alumnus, Mr. Lessard joined Cossette in 1971, where he has been working for the last 50 years.

In all humility, Mr. Lessard shared his entrepreneurial background with the 6 guest alumni. He specifically emphasized the importance of ethics, team values and a strong and positive corporate culture. He also believes it is important to lead by example through action.

In this regard, since 2018, the Fonds Claude-Lessard has been financially supporting an entrepreneur in his or her entrepreneurial project, with a resolutely innovative vision, based on the two core values that have marked Claude Lessard’s career and led to Cossette’s success.
