FSA ULaval Hosts Pauline D’Amboise From Desjardins Group

On February 24, 2022, 6 Université Laval and FSA ULaval alumni attended an exclusive meeting with Pauline D’Amboise, Secretary General and Vice-President of Governance and Sustainable Development at Desjardins Group.

This meeting was very instructive in terms of managing a board of directors, governance and sustainable development. Annie Asselin, Dominique Cyr, Yolande Kougioumoutzakis, Stéphane Levac, Jessy Ménard and Nathanielle Morin were in attendance.

A number of topics were discussed, including:

• Innovation in the context of elections
• Resilience in the face of failure
• Learning organizations
• Circular economy
• Incorporating environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors in all areas of a business
• T-shaped skills to move files and projects forward
• ESG and risk management
• Transformational leadership
• Political skills
