Germain Lamonde, 7th Guest at FSA ULaval’s Conversations with Leading Business Personalities

On April 29, FSA ULaval welcomed the founder of EXFO, Germain Lamonde, as part of the 7th edition of FSA ULaval’s Conversations with Leading Business Personalities.

Vincent Aubert, Jean-Philippe Bonneau, Isabelle Gilbert, Guillaume Légaré, Annie Lessard and Catherine Tardif, 6 Université Laval alumni (see details below), joined in on the 60-minute virtual meeting.

During this discussion, Mr. Lamonde addressed a number of topics, including:

• his entrepreneurial philosophy,
• the keys to his success for growth and human resources management,
• his social engagement, including his recent mentorship with the nascent firm Tero cofounded by two Université Laval alumni.

Mr. Lamonde also provided attendees with a moving testimonial about the importance of access to education.
